Shipping & Returns

Every order ships from our optician in France with full tracking. Most US addresses receive their frames within 5 to 9 business days after the lenses are fitted. Frames without prescription lenses leave within two business days.

Shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that, standard delivery is $8 and express is $15.

Changed your mind? Unworn frames in their original case can be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Lenses cut to your prescription are made for you, so we cannot resell them, but we will remake them free of charge if the prescription was entered correctly and the lenses do not match it.
