Eyewear Size Guide

Three numbers are printed inside the temple of almost every frame, for example 52 18 145. They mean lens width, bridge width and temple length, all in millimeters.

The easiest way to pick a size is to read those numbers on a pair you already own and like. Stay within 2 mm on the lens width and bridge and the fit will feel familiar.

Not sure? Send us a photo of your current frame or a quick selfie with a card held under your eye for scale. Our opticians reply within a day with a size recommendation.
